I created Potion because I wanted somewhere I actually wanted to go.
Somewhere looking after yourself didn't have to become another job. Somewhere you could move your body because it feels good, not because you were trying to fix it.
I wanted really good Pilates. But I wanted everything around it too.
I wanted to walk into a room and recognise people. To have somewhere to go on a Thursday night. To try things I probably wouldn't organise for myself. To have a glass of wine without needing to earn it first.
And I wanted to be around women with full lives.
Women with jobs and children and friends and opinions and responsibilities and things they're figuring out. Women who care about themselves, but have absolutely no intention of making wellness their entire personality.
So I made the place I was looking for.
Potion is indulgent on purpose.
The beautiful room. The good Pilates. The dinners. The drinks. The ridiculous little details. The excuse to leave the house. The people you didn't know six months ago who somehow end up in your life.
None of it is extra.
That's Potion.
You don't need to arrive knowing anyone.
You don't need to be good at Pilates.
You don't need to become a different version of yourself to belong here.
Just come as you are.
I'll see you in the studio.
